One of Coach B’s greatest strengths is his ability to guide learning in a way that keeps kids engaged, excited, and eager to improve. Rather than simply telling players what to do, Brendan helps them explore, discover, and understand the fundamentals of tennis through fun, interactive activities and games.

From learning how to rally, serve, move, and score, to building confidence and a love for the game, Coach Brendan creates an environment where every player feels supported and encouraged to learn at their own pace. 🌟

The smiles, progress, and enthusiasm we see from the kids each week are a testament to the passion and dedication he brings to every lesson.

Today we celebrate the woman who wears more hats than anyone we know… coach, mentor, organiser, problem solver, biggest supporter, and friend to so many in our tennis and pickleball family. 🩷

Coach AJ has a heart of gold and is always the first person to help others, cheer people on, and make everyone feel welcome both on and off the court. Whether she’s supporting our players, families, coaches, or the wider community, she does it all with a smile and endless care.

Today marks the 1,546th wet day of the year here in Beenleigh… or at least that’s what it feels like! So we have pulled out the pink umbrella again 😂☔

After carefully reviewing the weather forecast (and staring sadly out the pro shop window), we’ve decided enough is enough…

💦🎢 BEENLEIGH TENNIS & PICKLEBALL WATER PARK IS NOW OPEN! 🎢💦

That’s right! Forget forehands and backhands, we’re installing:

Coach Kiel and AJ have already tested the facilities and can confirm that the giant pink unicorn floaty is performing exceptionally well under championship conditions. 🦄🤣

At this stage, the courts are approximately 97% water and 3% tennis court, which is honestly the best playing surface we’ve had all week! 😂

If this rain keeps up, we’re considering changing our name to:

🌊 Beenleigh Tennis, Pickleball & Aquatic Centre 🌊

Who needs sunshine when you’ve got slides, puddles, unicorns and enough rain to fill an Olympic swimming pool? ☔😂

🙏 A HUGE THANK YOU! 🙏

We would like to extend a massive thank you to the wonderful volunteers from the Beenleigh Rotary Club for coming down to our Beenleigh Pickleball Grand Slam this morning and cooking up a storm! 🍳🥓🔥

The delicious bacon and egg burgers were an absolute hit, keeping players, spectators, officials, and volunteers fuelled for a big day of pickleball action. There is nothing better than starting the morning with a fantastic breakfast and a friendly smile.

Community events like ours simply wouldn’t be the same without the incredible support of local organisations that generously give their time to help make these events special.

Thank you to everyone from Rotary who volunteered their Saturday morning to support our players and visitors. Your efforts were greatly appreciated by everyone in attendance.

What an incredible start to our Grand Slam Pickleball Tournament at Beenleigh Tennis & Pickleball Centre! 🎉

Today showcased some absolutely outstanding pickleball, with players from across the region battling it out in fast-paced, competitive, and highly entertaining matches. The skill, sportsmanship, and energy on display have been nothing short of amazing!

But we’re only just getting started…
