9.3kg gone and, more importantly, a whole lot of confidence gained. 🙌💚

This amazing client committed to making some simple lifestyle changes and the results speak for themselves. After taking part in our 8 Week Sustain Program, she lost an incredible 6.8kg, adding to the progress she'd already made beforehand for a total loss of 9.3kg. 👏

This client reached out wanting support to feel more comfortable and confident again, particularly around stubborn weight around the midsection. Together we focused on creating a balanced, realistic approach that could fit into everyday life.
Over 4 weeks she lost 2kg 🤩💥

Alongside following the PB Food Plan 🍽️ she chose walking as her main form of exercise, aiming for 5 days a week — proving you don’t need anything extreme to start seeing results 👍

This client lost 3.5kg during one of my PB Reset Programs — not by cutting out everything she loved or doing anything extreme… just by focusing on balanced meals, movement and consistency 👏💚

She followed the PB Food Plan, stayed active where she could, mixed in home workouts around life, and trusted the process.
