🔥 10-Minute Leg Burn AMRAP Challenge
Want stronger legs… fast? 🍑🔥

This 10-minute leg-focused AMRAP challenge is designed to help you build strength, endurance and a serious lower body burn - even on your busiest days.

Because let’s be real… not every day comes with a full hour to train.
As a busy parent myself, I know some days it’s 15 minutes here or 20 minutes there that we can actually carve out for ourselves. And that’s exactly why this workout exists.

This session is:
💪 5 lower body exercises
⏳ 10-minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
🏡 Done from home
🏋️ Dumbbells optional (bodyweight still burns!)

You’ll work through the 5 movements at your own pace, aiming to complete as many rounds as you can within the 10 minutes.
Then… the real challenge begins 👀
