FOUND… thank you everyone for your support the family have appreciated it.
For her son's 13th birthday last year, Perth mum Natasha Stokes gifted him a custom-built e-bike.
"Harley has achondroplasia, it's a form of dwarfism or short stature. We had the bike specially made," she told Mark Gibson on 102.5 ABC Perth Breakfast.
She says the bike gave Harley a new sense of independence.
"He couldn't keep up with his friends on a normal bike. Now, he can go down the beach and do everything else that a 13-year-old does."
However, in the early hours of Sunday morning, the Stokes' home in Lake Coogee was broken into and the bike stolen. While their security cameras recorded the event, the three thieves could not be identified.
"You don't get a good look at them. They were all dressed in black and they had hoodies on, they had gloves on."
Natasha is pleading for the stolen bike to be returned.
"If you've got it, just put it back in our yard at night, with no questions asked, we just need the bike back."
"If anyone sees it, it's a bright white bike. You just don't see anything like it out there. It's got 'lightning' at the top."
Harley has 'not taken the news well'.
"I can't even put into words what that independence to a 13-year-old boy with a disability means."
"He has such a beautiful community around him who always look out for him. But this has really hit him hard."
