Last Weekend Beaufort had shooters head out and represent at clubs including Werribee, Cohuna, Ararat, Colac, Walmer and Griffith.

Congratulations to Jamie Pappaluca who won 1st in B grade in the 25tgt SB at Werribee Victorian Clay Target Club.
Ekul Charles came 2nd in AA in the 40tgt PS and 3rd in the 25tgt H/cap at Ararat clay target club inc.
Wayne Filbay got 2nd in C grade in the 25tgt DB at Colac Gun Club
Up in Griffith Jimmy Brodes won 1st in C grade in the 30tgt SB event and 2nd in C grade in the 50tgt DB
Well done to all club members who ventured out to shoot over the weekend!

Today BGC had two of their youngest members ( Darcy Tiley & Logan Nixon ) head over to Noorat to compete in the South West Zone School Kids Competition. Both boys represented the club and the school, Beaufort Secondary College, Beautifully. Huge Congratulations go to Logan on winning overall in the Junior Boys Category! Logan will now go on to compete in Echuca at the State Competition. Logan had one of the top 3 scores of the day out of nearly 140 shooters!
The club is extremely proud of both boys for their efforts today!

BGC headed to Patchewollock Clay Target Club over the weekend. 13 members competing, lots of friends and family coming along made for an amazing weekend of shooting, socialising, camping and fun!

Young Gun LOGAN NIXON was our most successful member over the weekend, winning himself a prize on each day of competition. Friday night he won 2nd place in C grade in the 50 mixed targets, earning himself a nice cash prize!
Saturday saw him again get to equal 2nd in C grade in the 50tgt PS event, after falling short in the shoot off, he went on to win overall Junior in that event.
Sunday Logan ended up winning 2nd place in C grade in the 25tgt SB event, earning himself a full slab of ammo and some sponsor merch!
Safe to say the boy has had a ripper weekend!

Lachlan Brown shot the possible in the handicap event from back on 21m, and ended coming third after shooting off in some tough light!

Wendy Carroll won the Ladies category on Friday night in the 50 mixed targets event!

Well done to all Beaufort members who competed over the weekend, prizes or not what a great weekend we all had!

Also congrats to Shayne Ringin for winning 2nd in the DB and 2nd in the Handicap at Colbo.
