Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know that the young fella, Bryce, who was injured today, is badly bruised but otherwise okay. He’s being kept in overnight for observation as a precaution.

A huge thank you to everyone who jumped in to assist. We really appreciate everyone who helped out and supported Bryce and his family. 🙏

Today was also a great reminder of just how important our Marshals and Ambulance cover are at our ride days!!

🏁 RIDE DAY REMINDER – TOMORROW! 🏁

We’re all set for tomorrow’s ride day! 🙌

🚪 Gates open: 9am
📍 Rider briefing: 10am

A few reminders:
• 📝 Rider registration on arrival & canteen open — your patience is appreciated 🙏
• 🎟️ All riders must have a wristband — no wristband, no ride.
• 🚗 Please be considerate when parking to make the most of the available space.
• Helmet, goggles, gloves and boots are compulsory for all riders.
• 🦺 Parents are needed to assist with marshalling throughout the day. Tracks will be closed without enough marshals, so your help is greatly appreciated! 🙏
• 🎟️ Raffle will be drawn at lunchtime.
• 🧢 Merchandise will be available to order.

📸 Photography: Photos will be taken throughout the day. If you do not wish to have photos published on our socials, please let a committee member know when you arrive.

We look forward to seeing everyone for a great day of riding! 🏁

🙌 A BIG THANK YOU Nathan from Beaufort & District Earthworks! 🙌

We are incredibly lucky to have Nathan as a committee member at the Club. Not only is he passionate about motocross, but he’s also pretty bloody handy when it comes to building and shaping a track! 🏁

Nathan has put in some amazing work around the track, helping create something we can all enjoy — we really appreciate the time, effort and knowledge he puts in. 👏

If you’re after earthworks, make sure you hit up Beaufort & District Earthworks!!

Thanks for everything you do Nath — we reckon you’re alright… even if you do spend way too much time playing with dirt! 😂🤘

‼️New Rider Registration Process‼️

We’re trialling a new online registration process, with the option to pay by card, bank transfer or on the day. We’re hoping the new process will create greater efficiencies and make registering quicker and easier for everyone.
