ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING-PLEASE READ FOLLOWING DETAILS BELOW

Monday 8th June 2026, 5:00pm

Beaudesert Swimming Club invites all

2025/2026 Club Delegates & Club Members to attend the
2026 Beaudesert Swimming Club Annual General Meeting.

We seek nominations for the following Office Bearer positions for the 2026/2027 Season
Vice President
Treasurer
Race Secretary

These nominations can be made by any member of the Club in writing 7 days prior to the Club’s AGM via email to [email protected]

If further candidates are required, they can be taken from the floor at the AGM. If multiple nominations are received for the same position, they will be voted on at the AGM.

All nominations must state the candidate’s name, position nominated for and be signed by two members who wish to nominate the candidate. All members who are nominated or are nominating a candidate must attend the AGM.

All nominees must be a current financial member of the Beaudesert Swimming Club.
