🏊‍♀️💙 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – BEAUDESERT SHOW BAR 💙🏊‍♂️

It’s that time of year again! The Beaudesert Swimming Club is very lucky to once again be running the bar at the Beaudesert Show — and this is our major fundraiser for the year! 🙌

We need your help to make it a success!

📅 Thursday 3 September – Set up from the afternoon
🍻 Friday 4 September – Bar operating 1pm–11pm
🍻 Saturday 5 September – Bar operating 1pm–11pm
🧹 Sunday 6 September – Clean up in the morning

Even if you can only spare a couple of hours, it can make a huge difference and might mean someone else gets a small break during a long day. Every bit of help is greatly appreciated!

👉 Please put your hand up for a shift! Comment below with your availability or email [email protected] and we’ll start putting together the roster.

Beaudesert Swimming Club is excited to announce that we are introducing 12.5m events at Club Night for our junior swimmers this upcoming season!

These events are designed especially for our little swimmers and first-timers, giving them the opportunity to get involved, build confidence and have fun.

🚨 No Gym/Dryland Training – Monday 10th August 🚨

Please note there will be no gym/dryland training on Monday, 10th August due to the Show Holiday.

Everyone is encouraged to enjoy a well-deserved sleep in and have a fantastic Show Holiday!

Training will resume as normal on Tuesday.

Just a reminder that Dry Land Training started back this week, and we'd love to see as many swimmers there as possible!

Training Days:
• Monday
• Tuesday
• Thursday

Session Times:
• 6:00am start for those needing to finish by 7:00am
• 6:30am – 7:30am for those who prefer a later start

Please remember to bring:
• Running shoes
• Water bottle
• Towel

These sessions are FREE for current Beaudesert Swimming Club members. Please note that you must be a current Beaudesert Swimming Club member to attend.

We look forward to seeing everyone at training as we continue building strength and fitness for the season ahead.

💪 Dry Land Training is Back! 🏊‍♂️

Our dry land training kicks off from Monday 20th July!

Sessions will run on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, with both 6:00am and 6:30am start options available to suit everyone’s schedules.

Please remember to wear running shoes and bring a water bottle and towel.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone there and getting a great start to the season! 💙💚

Volunteers Needed!

The Beaudesert Show is our club's major fundraiser for the year, and we're looking for volunteers to help run the bar on the 4th and 5th of September.

If you can spare some time, please put your hand up for a shift. Every bit of help makes a difference!

Beaudesert Swimming Club 2026/27 Committee

Congratulations to our newly elected committee for the 2026/27 season! Thank you to everyone who attended our AGM and to those who have volunteered their time to help make our club a success.

Registrations are now open on Swim Central, and we're already busy planning for an exciting upcoming season.

We'd love to hear from our members and families. If you have any suggestions, ideas, or feedback for the club, please send them through to [email protected].

Now is also the perfect time to start talking to your children's friends and encouraging them to give swimming a go! Whether they're looking to improve their skills, stay active, make new friends, or try something new, our club is a welcoming place for swimmers of all abilities.

We can't wait to see everyone back on pool deck for another fantastic season! 💙💚

Beaudesert Swimming Club invites all

2025/2026 Club Delegates & Club Members to attend the
2026 Beaudesert Swimming Club Annual General Meeting.

We seek nominations for the following Office Bearer positions for the 2026/2027 Season
Vice President
Treasurer
Race Secretary

These nominations can be made by any member of the Club in writing 7 days prior to the Club’s AGM via email to [email protected]

If further candidates are required, they can be taken from the floor at the AGM. If multiple nominations are received for the same position, they will be voted on at the AGM.

All nominations must state the candidate’s name, position nominated for and be signed by two members who wish to nominate the candidate. All members who are nominated or are nominating a candidate must attend the AGM.

All nominees must be a current financial member of the Beaudesert Swimming Club.
