Ed Cheadle Memorial The Ed Cheadle Memorial is a annual golf day that we have to honor our Dad, Grandfather and Great grandfather.

Prior to the this memorial, grandad Ed and his son, inlaws and close family friends all played in a golf day called The Cohuna Classic. When we lost Ed approx. 25 yrs ago it then renamed the Ed Cheadle Memorial. Since then many guys have played in his honor, including his great grandchildren. It's a day that the guys really look forward too and has become a tradition.

The 2026 Ed Cheadle memorial was played at Montuna Golf Course on the 1st year anniversary of the loss of our beautiful Nan.
Dids came up with the date to celebrate not only Grandad but Nan too! So the family (minus a few) all turned up for a dinner and we celebrated golf and the lives of our Grandad & Nan and it was a fantastic night.
Winners for 2026 were - Slade(grandson), Bailey(great grandson), Jett(great grandson) and Tom (married to great granddaughter Taylor)!

2024 Ed Cheadle Memorial was played today on Eds actual birthday this year.
Better late than never, Cohuna this year didn’t have the best weather so it was put off till 3rd March.
3 groups of 4 were Team Cheadle, Team Edwards and Team Beck(including Jett) and the winners were….
Team Beck, Wayne, Todd, Bailey and Jetty!! Congrats to everyone that played.
Extra special this year as Nan was able to be apart of the awards. She awarded everyone there trophies which was extra special.
