We're excited to invite our members, friends, family, and the local community to join us for the official Grand Opening of Reps Fitness.

HIP THRUST QUICK TIP 🍑

We're glad to see so many of you loving the hip thrust machine! Here's a quick tip to help you get the most out of it.

1️⃣ Allow your torso to move naturally with the movement as you lower your hips.

2️⃣ Maintain a neutral spine (straight back) - avoid excessive rounding or arching.

3️⃣ Get a full stretch at the bottom and a strong glute squeeze at the top.

Simple, but it can make a huge difference to your results. 💪
