What a well deserved honour and recognition for everything he does for our club.

Was also nominated for a Knox Council award on Wednesday night.

Chris is the ultimate clubman and the Bayswater Strikers would not be where it is without his contribution and selfless work. Club Treasurer, Uniform and Equipment Coordinator, Juniors Coach – Chris loves to pitch in and gives so much of his time to the Strikers.

He recently took time off work just to help ensure the club had everything they needed for all our juniors to start their season.

Chris was instrumental in the club’s junior program over the past two years, ensuring the 17 and 18 year old's transition successfully into the senior program.

A money-man and a man who’s on-the-money, Chris is a worthy recipient of this week’s Club Legend.

A big weekend of football for our men's teams.

Our Masters kick off the action with a huge match against Knox Churches away. After a great performance last game, they will look to keep their momentum going.

The Seniors and Reserves take on Dandy Casuals. With both teams in second, a win ensures the race for top spot continues to heat up. The Thirds take on Waverley City looking to keep pace with the top two and continue their great form.

El Chivi PLAYER OF THE ROUND

Round 8 saw many outstanding performances. Hattricks, doubles and clean sheets made it a difficult decision.

However, a hattrick, man of the match performance and instrumental from start to finish sees Daniel Milne take out this week's player of the round.
