🌭🔥 BUNNINGS BBQ FUNDRAISER 🔥🌭

This Saturday, June 20th, is our annual Bayswater Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser!

We've successfully completed our goal post netting project and our next club goal is to upgrade our faulty scoreboard. 💲💲💲

Funds raised from our Bunnings BBQ will help make this happen and we need your support!

We still need some volunteers to help fill our afternoon shifts, with 1 hour time slots available between 12pm and 5pm.

💙 FIGHTMND ROUND 2026 💙

What an incredible effort from our Bayswater Junior Football Club community, raising a remarkable $8119 for FightMND!

Through the sale of FightMND socks, ice bucket challenges and our fundraising link, our players made a difference in the fight against Motor Neurone Disease.

Special recognition to our fundraising champions:

🏆 U13s – $3985 through outstanding support from family and friends & their ice bucket challenge
🏆 U17.5 Boys – $2646 through their ice bucket challenge & FightMND socks
🏆 U16 Girls – $646 through their ice bucket challenge at training
🏆 U11s – $300 through FightMND socks
🏆 U9s – $255 through FightMND socks
🏆 Auskick – $287 through their fantastic meat tray raffle

The highlight of the round was undoubtedly the epic Ice Bucket Race between our U13s and U17.5 Boys, with plenty of laughs and icy moments enjoyed by all! 🧊🥶😁

Match Round Up was held on Sunday night, celebrating the achievements of our teams and players over the past few rounds, along with the highlight of our FightMND fundraising campaign – the ice bucket shenanigans!

Tomorrow, the Bayswater JFC proudly continues its support of FightMND as we raise vital funds and awareness throughout Round 8.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our players, families, friends and supporters, we've already raised an amazing $7073 through donations and FightMND sock purchases! 🙌

But we're not done yet!

Fundraising will continue until tomorrow night, finishing with a special Ice Bucket Challenge event at Match Round Up. 🧊🥶

🥳 All families and friends are invited to enjoy the fun from 6.30pm as we cheer on our brave participants and celebrate our fundraising efforts!
