A little Glimpse 👀

Morocco Yoga Retreat April /May 2027

Join us for a week of yoga, practicing at the foot of the serene Atlas Mountains. Nestled in a traditional Berber Village, yet only 20 minutes from the bustling Medina and only 20 minutes from Marrakech Airport.

I love Morocco, and I hope I have planned a retreat that will make you fall in love too! The perfect location to venture into the bustling souks (markets) in the Medina (city), the green valleys and the vast desert of Agafay.

We will be staying in a charming boutique hotel - Amazingh (Berber) owned and operated. Traditional craftsmanship can be found in every detail, with a master weaver displaying his skills on the premise.

7 nights, 3 meals and all day trips are included. It’s too far to go, to not experience how layered and unique Morocco is.

You can now book into Mysore Morning using a 5 and 10 Class Pass!

A continued morning commitment is a tough one. Mornings can be unpredictable with home life, and a membership can be stressful. Hope this helps anyone that wanted to pop in from time to time!

Please note bookings are still essential, and Mysore does not run on New and Full Moon Days.

Mourning 🖤 Solidarity 🖤 Community

In solidarity with our First Nations People, this Friday Open House is closed.

For the last 5 years OH has stayed open, as a way to make small contributions to Pay The Rent - because sorry isn’t enough.

All passes that were sold on the day and all revenue from classes attended were matched by OHY and the funds given to Indigenous Literacy Foundation. A deep heartfelt thank you to our community. You have been so generous with purchasing passes on Jan 26 the last 5 years. I saw you waiting until the day and buying multiple passes - you absolute legends.

I chose because literacy is a tool to freedom, and keeping culture through stories is resistance. As a Palestinian/Filipina I know this to my core. It never felt right staying open on a day of mourning for the people who’s land I reside, but I rationalised it with fundraising. After a poorly organised referendum, one that preceded truth-telling, a Treaty and was enveloped in so much inflammatory misinformation, OH is changing direction. It’s not business as usual. We will be closed. Instead there will be other opportunities to join in solidarity - a giveaway, a community event and a ‘Pay The Rent’ Class.

I’ll be posting more information this week. Be sure to keep a look out!

Ashtanga Workshop

‘Refinement and Purpose’
Saturday, 18th of November
1-4.30pm

When we begin an Ashtanga practice we start with the outline. As a level of comfort unfolds, we add more detail. This is for students with some prior Ashtanga experience, to go over the familiar with new eyes and see how the seemingly simple relates to more complex aspects of practice.
