FIRE is the research-proven training system shown in clinical trials to deliver rapid changes in strength and body shape!
Delivered in small groups over a 10-week period, we design a balanced full-body split that recruits muscle fibre from each part of the body. Then we do exactly the same lifts for the full 10 weeks and focus on the following:
✅ POSTURE & POSITION (learn how to perform correct technique);
✅ RANGE OF MOTION (learn how to achieve better joint angles in your lifts):
✅ IDENTIFYING AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT (assess each lift for strengths & weaknesses);
✅ MONITOR & MEASURE (data collection - track all your reps and sets in our personalised training journal - provided free to all members!) and
✅ EVALUATE & EVOLVE (the completed data from 1x FIRE program will give you the starting point for the next!)
With only 10x opportunities per program to improve each lift, the body is placed under a tremendous amount of stimulus just by doing the same thing every week and improving the fundamentals.
