FIRE is the research-proven training system shown in clinical trials to deliver rapid changes in strength and body shape!

Delivered in small groups over a 10-week period, we design a balanced full-body split that recruits muscle fibre from each part of the body. Then we do exactly the same lifts for the full 10 weeks and focus on the following:

✅ POSTURE & POSITION (learn how to perform correct technique);
✅ RANGE OF MOTION (learn how to achieve better joint angles in your lifts):
✅ IDENTIFYING AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT (assess each lift for strengths & weaknesses);
✅ MONITOR & MEASURE (data collection - track all your reps and sets in our personalised training journal - provided free to all members!) and
✅ EVALUATE & EVOLVE (the completed data from 1x FIRE program will give you the starting point for the next!)

1. She’s a 38 year old mum of 3 (her youngest is under 2 yo);
2. Since 2015 she has lost more than 55kg;
3. She does all of her workouts at home in her garage;
4. She is currently 11% body fat & eating up to 2,800 calories a day; and
5. She’s in the middle of preparing for her first Sports Model competition on the 1st of October 2023!

Since 2015, Rachel Oliver has lost more than 55kg.

And while that milestone alone is enormous enough, she's now training for her first sports-model competition in 2023.

Rachel does all her workouts at home alone in her garage, and in this video you can see her exact leg workout routine, which is a progressive-overload style training system.

On the 3rd of July 2023 I went round to her house at 6.00 am and filmed her entire workout, so you can see what she gets up to early in the morning before her kids wake up!

We started the Ab Factory in 2013 on a shoe-string budget. We rented an old mechanic’s factory for $9k per year and bought the absolute bare minimum equipment needed - nothing fancy, just the essentials.

We had no street signage and paid for zero advertising. We relied on word of mouth and honed in on culture, community and creating an awesome vibe in our gym.

And then according to our accountant, at the end of our first financial year, our revenue was the same as most medium-sized fitness facilities! Which means we were able to start paying ourselves a full-time wage from our very first year in operation.

And we haven’t looked back.

This was never just a hobby for us. It was our life. From day #1 we’ve been 100% all-in.

And now in a modern post-Covid world, the basics still apply. Believe me, it doesn’t matter how saturated the fitness industry has become. It doesn’t matter if you’re not famous, it doesn’t matter if you suck at making videos, it doesn’t matter if you feel like nobody is listening to you or following you on social media.

Take it from me: It doesn’t matter how small or insignificant you think you are, you can still make a HUGE difference in people’s lives.

The only deciding factor is whether you’re fully committed to your business or whether it’s just a hobby on the side… 😉 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

If I got hit by a bus tomorrow and all my clients stopped strength training, then I have failed as a trainer and didn’t do my job properly. 💣

My goal is to teach every single one of them to eventually not need me. It doesn’t matter if they’re training in my gym every week or if they’re completely online, the objective is always the same - to give them as much information as possible so they know what they’re doing and why.

That way, if I ever fall off the edge of a cliff, they have the education to keep going. Between myself and Dave we’ve spent nearly $100k on courses, certifications, mentorship advice and coaching services. And it would be a crying shame if all that info stayed inside our heads.

That’s why I built a monthly strength-training workshop into our new .0 premium transformation program. There’s far too much valuable info to cover in an actual workout session, so we get together on a monthly basis for specialised coaching and instruction. Today we covered the fundamentals of agonist versus antagonist muscle groups and then put it into practise in the squat racks. Now they’ve got a month to insert this information into their weekly training schedules before we reconvene and I cover the next phase of training - concentric versus eccentric reps.

If you know WHY you’re doing what you’re doing, it’s a lot easier to train with FOCUS and PRECISION.

You can train hard or you can train long, but you can’t do both. 💪🏻💪🏻
