30 day reset check in 😌

1 week in and feeling great, finding time to be grateful for the abundance in my life, slowing down, being present and moving and fuelling my body!!

I’m someone who thrives off ticking things off and I can say I ticked all the boxes each day last week on my daily checklist

✅ Water, gratitude, meditation, reading, nature & movement

Of course the week I decide to start going for a walk each day it ends up being rainy most days but we got it done 🌧️ (today I’m giving it a miss tho on this wild, rainy day)

I don’t know about you guys but I’ve been feeling the low motivation of winter and decided to set myself a 30 day challenge ❄️

This will include hitting the follow each day
💦 2L Water
🥰 5 reasons to be Grateful
🧘🏽‍♀️ 10mins Meditation
📚 15 pages Reading
🌻 20mins in Nature
🏋🏽‍♀️ 30mins Movement

I’m also going to be cutting out
🍫 Binge eating sweets
📱 Excessive screen time

First HYROX full run through - completed it today without my partner so did the full runs with half of the exercises 🥵

Shin splints held up through the runs & the exercises felt pretty good, all things considered I’m super proud of my efforts today!!

Can you find some time this weekend to get out into nature? 🦋

Weather it’s a walk, run, bike ride, swim, even just sitting outdoors to do some breathwork, mediation or journalling? 🍃

It’s amazing the positive impacts the outdoors can have on our bodies, including reducing cortisol levels, muscle tension and demands on our cardiovascular systems, as well as increasing mental clarity 🧡
