1 week in and feeling great, finding time to be grateful for the abundance in my life, slowing down, being present and moving and fuelling my body!!
I’m someone who thrives off ticking things off and I can say I ticked all the boxes each day last week on my daily checklist
✅ Water, gratitude, meditation, reading, nature & movement
Of course the week I decide to start going for a walk each day it ends up being rainy most days but we got it done 🌧️ (today I’m giving it a miss tho on this wild, rainy day)
