Tick those basic boxes ✔️

Drink 2-3L of water, stop relying solely on coffee and alcohol to get you through the silly szn

Eat some kind of vegetable/s daily

Move your body, even just a walk. If you’re on holiday, you can make the time

Get that D (I’m talking vitamin D, ya filthy animals)

Two days won’t change you drastically, but you can roll into 2022 feeling like the unicorn you were born to be 🦄

Living my life according to my own design ✨

2020 and 2021 taught me that it’s okay to slow down.

They taught me to feel comfortable doing nothing

That grinding every day isn’t how I envisioned my life

Instead, I’m putting my energy and focus in living a beautifully connected, wonderful life.

I stopped chasing numbers, clients and other people’s definition of success, and started honing in on my own 🥰 there’s still so much to learn, so many shadows to uncover, and so much personal growth waiting around the corner. But I’m grateful for these last two years.

Grateful that I got the chance to slow down and enjoy life 🙏🏾

Grateful for the beautiful clients who share their stories and their journeys with me 🙏🏾

And grateful for my circle 🙏🏾

I take the time to fill my days with all these delicious things✨

Self care, self love, pleasure, company, walks, sand, sun, wholesome foods, reading, baths, roller skating

Don’t be fooled, sunset was pretty and all. But no, I just can’t move my legs after Athletica got me good on Wednesday, and the leg DOMS are real. And I definitely won’t feel guilty for not training today, or tomorrow, or maybe even Sunday. 🙅🏼‍♀️ And it definitely won’t impact my weekend away. 💃🏼
