A little over a month ago, we gathered 16 women who followed their inner compass on a ride to go deep...

Deep with themselves and deep with each other. And, deeper with something much bigger.

The medicine of women gathering is so f**king undeniable, and it is amplified when those women show up with such unending courage to witness and walk their edges - allowing for experiences where we touch something so deeply true inside of ourselves that it changes the course of lives.

These experiences ripple through relationships and reverberate through communities.

They connect. They heal.

To all the women who journeyed with Sarah Louise (*xbmx ) and I in our recent Sacred Sexuality Immersion Retreat, deep bows to your courage and your willingness to fully show up, offering your trust from the outset and in so doing, weaving a web of pure f**king magic for every one of us in the room.

It was such a pleasure and an honour holding deep presence for and with you.

The gravity of this event is not to be ignored.

I don’t usually describe things in terms of energy, but I can feel the sheer force of this one - the power of it for me as well as the impact and imprint it is sure to leave on the 12 women who feel called to jump in.

It’s something I’ve never felt quite like this for any event I’ve either hosted or participated in.

There is magic afoot.

In this weekend retreat on 26-28 March, Sarah Louise and I will be powerfully guiding you home to a place of inner alchemy. He wants to love you well.

He really does.

He is constantly looking for feedback from you about how he is going in his approach to loving you. Constantly trying things and scanning for your response, looking to your body and your expression to show him either he’s doing well and to proceed or to show him he’s not quite hitting the mark and to try a different approach.

But as women we often slip into our habitual patterns of masculine directionality, forgetting (or perhaps never learning) the art of feminine emoting. We snappily tell him he’s messed up, rather than showing how his misstep or drop in consciousness has hurt our heart. Or, perhaps worse, we silently and covertly punish him for not meeting our heart’s needs the way we THINK he should.

We default to our minds and our intellectualised reactions, rather than our bodies and our physical, emotional responses.

And barking at him doesn’t land. It’s too hard for the masculine to metabolise. But SHOWING him hurt, anger, grief, joy, showing and sounding ecstatic pleasure that he’s fixed the thing around the house that you’ve been needing help with - that lands. That occurs as a gift of love. You’re showing him where he’s winning, and he wants to please you more and more.

This principle applies equally to the washing up as it does to your ecstatic pleasure in the bedroom. Let him lead you, but show him the way. Let him bring things to you, and then reflect and amplify your pleasure (or displeasure) in the moment so he can HEAR and FEEL it, then allow him to correct course if need be. Repeat.

Repeat.

More.

Louder.

And, over time, both of you will be practised and skilled in a level of relational communication that allows you BOTH to give your most potent and erotic gifts to the relationship... and that’s a recipe for deep connection and full and ecstatic pleasure.

Show him yourself. FULLY.

He wants to see it. ALL of it.

Not just your body - your breasts, your ass, your pus.sy, but the depths of your heart in ALL it’s forms - yearning and desire, anger and grief, joy, turmoil... the works.

He wants to see the state of your heart through the language of your body.

Words are fine, but he can’t and won’t metabolise them like the experience of SEEING and FEELING your state through your body.

And the silent treatment? It’s just not f**king helpful for anyone.

Your physical, emotional expression occurs as a complete gift to him, one which he can use to discern a course of action. And he WANTS to act and love you the way you yearn to be loved... he really does.

Your devotion expressed through the oceanic softness in your hips as you dance in the kitchen can be felt in his being, calling him to the equivalent level of integrity required to hold your heart.

Your yearning expressed through the parted, juicy lips of your open mouth as you gaze at him calls him into the presence and depth required to ful-FILL you.

Your piercing, heart-connected anger expressed as a sharp slap across the chest of a man who can stand erect and present enough to FULLY receive it has him find within himself a way to direct his attention to fixing a situation. This bodily revelation of your heart is quickly digestible, allowing him to find a course of action to bring you both back to love.

Take the time to connect with your feeling (not what your mind wants to bark and vomit at him), breathe, move, sound, touch your own body in a way that feels aligned with the depth of your heart. SHOW HIM YOUR HEART.

This requires immense courage. The courage to commit to the revelation of your heart - over and over, and over again. Even when he misses the signal, commit again. Keep opening, keep expressing, keep committing.

It is your commitment to expressing the deepest parts of yourself that will get you what you ultimately desire - be willing to be seen in ALL your states, in ALL your emotions, and you will get a MAN who can f**king SEE ALL OF YOU.

We’re not taught how to BE loved.

We’re taught how we should treat people, how to love to some degree, but to BE loved?

Who the f**k teaches us that?

Who teaches us to fully receive the love that’s being gifted to us? To receive it without sabotage because it feels so unfamiliar, so uncommon.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t fully know how to BE loved.

I don’t know how to really deeply receive and land the sheer immensity of love I KNOW my husband has for me. Because that degree of love feels so unknown. So unfamiliar. Impossible, even.

So many of our histories and stories about love (real or perceived) lay a dense, deep heart-lingering fog around our relationships to love itself. And it’s those stories, beautifully based in fear and survival, that have us armour up, protecting our tender parts with the intricate art of sabotage.

Poking for a fight that isn’t really there.

Digging for some piece of information that has us contract and withdraw our hearts from our lovers, because THAT is easier and more familiar than fully receiving the real love of another.

And when we find something to cling onto with jealousy, resentment, anger (anything!) we spin it relentlessly into a hurricane of hurt. We prove our own stories right in those storms - we “couldn’t possibly be really, truly loved THAT much... something must be wrong with the picture.”

But what if there isn’t something wrong?

What if you actually ARE loved THAT much... So deeply and solidly that that love is unshakeable?

That you are totally secure in your relationship, that you can have faith in ALL his love?

What if we let our stories just be stories? Elegant and beautiful tales of fear and relational trauma that were true once, but that don’t have to be true now.

What if we LET ourselves be loved?

The world is incredibly beautiful. What a devastation to think we would spend most of our lives trying to be somewhere other than where we are, and that we would miss the deep pleasure to be experienced in each moment.

And the next moment.

And this one... and then this one.

The intoxicating smell of a warm summer morning. The lazy flight of a black cockatoo across the air. The stirring of eros as a man flirts with you with his lingering gaze in the street.

There is unfathomable juice to be had once we attune our capacity for feeling.
