Our MOVE YOUR BODY classes are where.....

Children will learn a Complete Dance each term that we add onto each week. Children will learn a variety of dance styles ranging from Hip Hop to Latin! Each week we will have a Sports/Fitness session. Children will learn a variety of sports skills ranging from Ball skils to Bootcamp style fitness. Each activity is catered to their level of ability and i

s built on each week. The lesson will finish with some relaxing Yoga to calm the children before taking them back to class.
