Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to the mat, these classes are designed to support all ages and experience levels — from teens to seniors, and beginners through to advanced participants (as long as you're injury-free).
Each 60-minute class includes bands, balls, and circles — all provided for you.

Term 2 Group Mat Pilates class schedule starts 20 April runs for 11 weeks for Tuesday and Wednesday classes, 10 weeks for Monday classes:
⭐Monday's 5.00pm, 6.15pm & 7.30pm held at Crestwood
⭐Tuesday's 9.30am held at Crestwood
⭐Wednesday's 7.15pm held at Baulkham Hills
Fees: $190 per person attending one class per week for 10 weeks for Term 2 2026.
$209 per person attending one class per week for 11 weeks for Term 2 2026.
$367.50 for 2 x classes per week for Term 2.
