REMEMBERING FELESHA JASPER 🤍

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we remember Felesha Jasper, who sadly passed away over the weekend.

Felesha was a much loved young rugby player who touched so many parts of our rugby community. She represented Merrylands U14 Girls, the Two Blues U12s team, Koori team, and began her rugby journey as a Dundas Mini.

Felesha also holds a very special place in the history of our King of the Hills tournament. In 2024, she was named the U9s Player of the Tournament — an incredible achievement and a reflection of the talent, determination and passion she brought to the field.

While Felesha wasn't a Hills player, she was always part of the Hills rugby family when she stepped onto Yattenden Oval. Her performances, her personality and the joy she brought to rugby will remain a cherished part.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Felesha's family, friends, teammates, coaches and everyone across the rugby community who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

The rugby community is a family, and today, that family is grieving the loss of one of its brightest young stars.

Felesha Jasper — forever remembered, forever loved and forever part of our rugby family.

🏉❤️🖤 AROUND THE GROUNDS! ❤️🖤🏉

On the weekend of 18–19 July, some of our Hills U10s proudly represented the Two Blues at the U10 State Gala Day!

Congratulations to Nathaniel, Benji, Ben, Harin and Will on earning the opportunity to represent the Two Blues.

Throughout the tournament, our players displayed outstanding sportsmanship, courage, teamwork, and some fantastic rugby. They represented both Hills Rugby and the Two Blues with pride, and we couldn't be prouder of their efforts.

A special congratulations to the Two Blues U10s, who were awarded the Spirit of Rugby Shield —the first time in 40 years that this prestigious award has been won by a team from our district! 🏆👏

Congratulations again to all of our Hills representatives on this incredible achievement. Experiences like these are a fantastic reward for your hard work and dedication throughout the season, and we're excited to see what the future holds for each of you.

what an incredible day

a huge thank you to every player, coach, manager, referee and volunteer, sponsor and support who helped make this years king of the hills tournament such a success. it was fantastic to see 43 teams come together for a day of great rugby, sportsmanship and community spirit.

congratulations to all of our teams who competed throughout the day and a special congratulations to our king of the hills champions and , runners up and and player of the tournament recipients!

to our volunteers, referees and committee members — thank you! your time, effort and dedication behind the scenes made this event possible, and we couldn’t have done it without you!

The countdown is on!

On Sunday June 28th, Yattenden Oval will play host to 42 teams from across Sydney as they battle it out for King of the Hills glory. We can't wait to welcome players, coaches, volunteers, and families for a fantastic day of minis rugby, community spirit, and great competition.

This season Round 13 v Hawkesbury Valley will play host to our Annual Back to Hills Day celebrations where would like to invite all PAST & PRESENT Hills Rugby Players/Supporters/Coaches/Juniors/Minis & Sponsors to come down to Yattenden to celebrate the club and relive old times

This year we are celebrating a milestone of 10 Years since the 2016 Richardson Cup Premiership in our first year in Division 2

Whilst we celebrate the club itself and what its all about, we also want to celebrate our fantastic club sponsors who without them we don’t have a club that cant function financially

We will be looking to put on a game for Old Boys so if you are interested and need to get permission theres plenty of time to get the ball rolling

So no excuses stick it in the calendar and come on down and PACK THE YAT!
