Retail Sales Team Member / Bicycle Mechanic
Location: Renshawâs Pedal Project
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Casual (flexible for the right person)
Renshawâs Pedal Project is a locally owned cycling store passionate about bikes, riding, and supporting the growing cycling community across Bathurst and the Central West.
Weâre looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our store â either as an experienced bicycle mechanic, a retail sales specialist, or someone who can do a bit of both.
About the Role
Depending on your experience and interests, your responsibilities may include:
-Servicing and repairing a wide range of bicycles
-Building new bikes and preparing customer orders
-Assisting customers with bike, accessory, and apparel sales
-Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
-Helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store
Weâd Love to Hear From You If You:
-Have experience working as a bicycle mechanic and/or in retail sales
-Are passionate about cycling and enjoy helping people
-Have strong communication and customer service skills
-Can work independently and as part of a team
-Are reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
Bonus Points For:
-Experience with suspension servicing or e-bikes
-Workshop certifications or mechanical training
-Knowledge of major cycling brands and components
-Social media or community engagement experience
