❤️🖤WHY OUR TDF FAMILY STANDS OUT 🖤❤️
At TDF, our dancers and singers are so much more than the routines they learn or the songs they perform.
We don’t just want to know what happens inside our studio. We want to know who they are outside of it too.
We cheer our students on in their other afternoon activities - sport, music, gymnastics, swimming, drama and everything in between. Their achievements outside of TDF matter to us just as much.
We care about their schooling too. We encourage them to go on excursions, join the band, choir or school dance groups, try out for musicals, take on leadership opportunities and simply have the confidence to try something new.
And when school is hard? We’re there for that too.
Sometimes they just need someone to listen. Someone to talk to about their day, their friends, homework or something that’s been weighing on their mind.
Because we take the time to know our students.
We know their personalities, their families, their little quirks, what makes them laugh and what makes them nervous. We notice when they’re having a great day - and when they’re not quite themselves.
We celebrate the big things - performances, competitions, scholarships and achievements - but we celebrate the little things too. The school award. The sporting achievement. The personal breakthrough. The new friendship. The courage to try.
Because sometimes those little things are the biggest things.
We don’t believe a student’s worth is measured by a trophy, a mark, a role or a result.
We care about the whole person.
We want every student who walks through our doors to feel safe, supported, encouraged, respected and genuinely valued.
We want them to grow not only as dancers and singers, but as confident, kind, resilient and happy young people.
When one succeeds, we celebrate.
When one struggles, we stand beside them.
When one is excited, we get excited too.
And when they need someone to talk to, we listen.
Because TDF isn’t just a studio.
It’s a family. ❤️🖤
And once you’re part of our TDF Family, we genuinely care about all of you - not just what you can do on a stage.
