Look after yourself kids 🫶🏻

It’s that time of year where I feel like I’m racing to the finish line! Christmas will be here before we know it and my list of ‘to do’ tasks seems longer than ever! 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Unfortunately I am terrible at saying no which often ends in my body falling in a heap! 🫠

As we come closer to the end of the year look after yourself! Eat well, get outside in some sunshine, turn that phone on don’t disturb in the evenings and catch those extra zz’ - prioritize yourself this coming festive period 🎄

You know that fit feel? 🙌🏼

After having a baby I craved that fit feeling! Not that skinny feeling but that feeling of trusting my body and being strong enough to get through the day of up and down from the play mat, reaching into the cot and now chasing after my little grommet 👶🏼

Mat Pilates has been the perfect low impact exercise to get back that feeling and the happiness associated! 🫶🏻
