We started with a fun warm that involved stretching, feeding chickens and dance moves, our final warm up we all did the same move.. can you guess which one 🕺🏻💃🏼
We practiced our passing, shooting, coordination, footwork and movement before finishing with a game!

✨ EXCITING UPDATE ✨

All Abilities has continued to grow, and we are so excited to share that we have officially outgrown one court! 🤩🏐

From tomorrow, we will be using TWO courts to give our players even more opportunities to participate, develop their skills, and enjoy the game.

We will all start together on Court 5 for our warm-up before splitting across Courts 4 and 5 for activities and games.

Don’t worry – we’ll explain everything before we start.

We are so proud of how much this program has grown and can’t wait to see our players continue to thrive! 💙💛

Round ✌🏼 saw our biggest one yet 🤩

A MASSIVE THANK YOU to our amazing coaches, volunteers, family members, and support workers who made sure a great time was had.

We have created a special community within All Abilities Netball, the type of community that supports each other. With only one coach on the court this week, others jumped in to help and players were guiding each other. Thank you for your continuous support 💛💙

✨ Coach Darcy ✨

Introducing our newest All Abilities Coach, Darcy!
Darcy is enthusiastic, energetic and likes to make people laugh!
Darcy works as a Disability Support Worker whilst also running his own landscaping business.
He’s spent many years at the netball courts, being dragged as a kid to watch his older sister.
We're stoked he's part of All Abilities Netball and will be leading the team tomorrow as head coach while Coach Jami is out of town.

We’re back! We welcomed back players from last year and also some new players! We warmed up, practiced passing and shooting before playing a game 🏐
