Final round of Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge all done for Conor Somers.

Race 2 - started 7th, full of wheel spin of the line, lost a bunch of places, pushed hard with strong pace, good passes and crossed the line 6th - unfortunate to get a 5 second penalty so starting Race 3 from 8th.

Race 3 - awesome start, set for a good race until heavy contact from behind into Turn 2 on Lap 1 and the resulting push and shove causing radiator damage and a DNF. Super disappointing as the speed and racing all weekend was strong.

An eventful year full of learning and progressing.

Looking forward to the next track time in the Porsche this year which will be exciting…💪

Interesting but solid start to the final round of Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge for Conor Somers in Sydney.

Qually - P6, then a 10 spot grid penalty after having to use an extra set of tyres so a P16 start.

Race 1 - didn’t get the car off the line, back to last, night time, slick tyres and raining, head down and pushed, impressive drive to cross the line in 7th - mega 💪

Race 2 & 3 tomorrow 👍
