Try doing a workout on Good Friday with the focus of Easter.
Set your work out to challenge yourself,
3 exercises one of them to contain a 800m walk, lunge, jump (800m is the distance Jesus carried the cross to his death)

My workout is as follows.

100 x jump ropes
20kg sandbag lunges 800m
100 x burpees

While away on the Central coast, I got to watch the sunrise over Shelly Beach while training hard. (This is rare for a country boy) If you're on the Central Coast I recommend trying out Shelly Beach bootcamp.

It’s all worth getting out of bed on a Monday morning to view this sunrise 🌅
