This is the popper way in building our strength in chin up which I've learn from Mr. Victor NGO. The last clip is not a good way, as this way we are able to build on the negative of resistance.

I work in Health World Bathurst, I run three class from Wednesday to Friday 5:30 to 6:30pm from beginner to advance welcome all on Body weight training. My colleague are specialist in boxing, weight, cardio and spin class.

In the past, I've mislead many people in regarding to chin ups.
Lots of tall person approach me and ask me how do I do chin ups so easily.
My answer is always: I'm short and light so I do it easy.
That's not the truth, I was only being humble, but that lead people to think wrong. Everyone has two arms and two legs which we use to carry our own body weight. I got there simply because I train much harder. I have many friends that are 190 and over, that can do chin ups like a feather, height is no excuse.

This is not the best way to build up strength for chin ups, check out my next video to see the correct form to use so your height is no longer your excuse.

Hi everyone this is my one arm chin up of all six variations into one, I work in health world, my colleagues are specialists in weight, boxing, dead lifts and rehabilitation training and my self are body weight.

This is all the range of front hand grip (pronated) on chin ups... One of the purpose I keep posting these video clips is to spike the interest in body weight (calisthenics) training.
There are a few people that I really wanted to beat, but have come to the conclusion that I'm not able to. So I say to myself if I could not beat them I will train someone else to beat them. So if anyone is interested please help me out...
A pretty good idea, I can't beat Burce Lee I'll get someone else to do it.
What I can offer is not only how I got there, more importantly, how I have fail.

I work in Health World Bathurst as a personal trainer, my colleges are specialists in weight, footy edge, boxing and rehabilitation, myself body weight. I do not have any military back ground or martial arts training. In fact I feel embarrassed at our gym, Health World, being all the trainers are very good at boxing and I've just started to learn. The training I do is solely for physical and mental fitness. My goal is to explore the possibility of the body and to challenge ourselves in a safe manner.
