2 more of our superstars took to the track today to take on the World at the UCI BMX World Championships in Brisbane.

Macey Fletcher BMX and Raph Cummins did our club, our community and all their sponsors and supporters proud!
Holding their own against the best in the World 🌍 coming away with some ridiculously good results!
Macey finishing 45th of 67 riders in 15yr girls and Raph 65th of 95 riders in 11 yr boys!

We are so excited, and ridiculously proud of all our Australian representatives and their amazing results this week and can’t wait to see what the future holds for them 💪🏻

Today was race day for 2 more kids from our club at the UCI BMX World Championships in Brisbane..up against the best riders from across the globe..Siblings, Van and Frankie Cummins pulled on the green and gold and did there country and our club so proud!

33rd in the world for Van in 9yr boys and 38th for Frankie in 8yr girls 🌍 unbelievable achievements for our kids who have very limited access to training facilities and coaching!! U kids are amazing 🫶🏻

Thank you to our amazing community who has supported our riders through various fundraisers, sponsorships and simply cheering them on!! Without the community support achievements like this simply wouldn’t be possible..

Bring on tomorrow when our girl Macey Fletcher BMX and Raph Cummins take on the World for themselves..we are wishing u all the best ❤️

🇦🇺🌏 Batemans Bay BMX Club is incredibly proud to celebrate one of our own! 🌏🇦🇺

A huge congratulations to 11-year-old Raph Cummins, who has once again earned the honour of wearing the green and gold after being selected to represent Australia at the 2026 UCI BMX World Championships in Brisbane this July.

This will be Raph’s third time representing Australia on the world stage—a remarkable achievement for such a young rider and a true testament to his dedication, determination and love for BMX.

Over the years, Raph has built an impressive collection of State, Territory and Australian Championship plates, but it’s his hard work, sportsmanship and commitment that continue to set him apart.

Everyone at Batemans Bay BMX Club couldn’t be prouder to see Raph lining up against the world’s best once again. We know he’ll wear the Australian jersey with pride and represent not only his country, but our club and community with everything he’s has.

Next week, Craig will proudly pull on the green and gold after being selected to represent Australia at the UCI BMX World Championships in Brisbane.

While he might be one of the oldest riders representing Batemans Bay BMX Club, don’t let that fool you—Craig is an incredibly talented competitor whose passion, dedication and determination continue to inspire everyone around him. He’s proof that BMX has no age limit and that experience, grit and hard work are just as powerful as raw speed.

Craig already has an impressive collection of State, Territory and Australian Championship plates, a testament to his consistency, talent and commitment to the sport over many years. Now he’ll take that experience to the world stage as he lines up against the very best riders from around the globe.

Craig has been a fantastic ambassador for our club, and we couldn’t be prouder to see him representing both Australia and our local BMX community.

🇦🇺 Rider Spotlight – Van Cummins 🇦🇺

At just 9 years old, Van Cummins is already proving that hard work, determination and a love for BMX can take you to incredible places!

In just over a week’s time, Van will proudly pull on the green and gold after being selected in the Australian BMX Team to compete at the UCI BMX World Championships in Brisbane.

For someone so young, Van has already built an impressive BMX résumé, earning Australian, State and Territory plates through countless hours of training, racing and dedication. Every gate drop has helped shape the rider he is today, and now he’ll have the opportunity to test himself against the very best young BMX riders from around the world.

The entire Batemans Bay BMX Club family couldn’t be prouder of everything Van has achieved. His passion, determination and sportsmanship make him a fantastic role model for our younger riders, and we’re excited to watch him represent not only Australia, but our club and community on the world stage.

Congratulations, Van! Enjoy every second of this amazing experience, race hard, have fun and make memories that will last a lifetime.
