If you’ve ever experienced Tara’s Sound Bath classes or the magic of Doug playing Didge in DMD, or Open Harts, you know that when these two epic humans are running a workshop, you need to be there.
I have so much love and respect for Tara & Doug, two of the kindest, most loving, wise people I know.
Join them Saturday 19 September 630pm for Resonant Compassion.
About the event
Cultivating the Heart of Compassion for Self and Others through Mantra, Didgeridoo and Crystal Singing Bowls
For the Benefit of All Beings
Join us for a 75-minute practice dedicated to cultivating heartfelt compassion for ourselves and others.
The main practice will involve chanting the compassion mantra, Om Mani Padme Hum, accompanied by the resonant and rhythmic sounds of the didgeridoo. We will then transition into open awareness meditation, supported by the soothing tones of the crystal singing bowls.
Throughout the session, we will foster compassion within ourselves and gradually extend it to others.
We will conclude by resting in stillness and dedicating any benefits arising from our practice to the wellbeing of all.
No previous experience with chanting or meditation is necessary. Everyone is warmly welcome.
You are invited to stay for a cup of tea after the practice.
