Mark your calendars, dust off your knees, and your walking frames, because the Uglies Golden Oldies Gala Day is back and it’s going to be big!

🗓️ Date: Sunday 27 July - from 10am
📍 Location: Walters Park
🍺 The Lake Macquarie Rugby Club will be serving cold beers sold by the schooner, because a middy just isn’t enough for our recovery needs.
🥩 A BBQ, and plenty of hot food will be available.

We want a HUGE turnout, fans, family, fellow old battlers, come cheer us on as we slowly jog, breathe deeply , and vaguely remember the rules of rugby.

There’ll be more strapping tape than speed, but the passion is still there.

Bring your mates, bring your folding chairs, and prepare to witness elite levels of dad-bod athleticism.
