B Inspired Barwon Heads Lifestyle Coaching We are a lifestyle coaching business operating in Barwon Heads. Gym memberships and package deals available - just call Cameron.

We offer personal training, group exercise classes, nutritional and lifestyle coaching. We incorporate strength training, cardio, boxing, running (to name just a few) into our sessions. We run our group and personal training on the Barwon Heads River, or in our gym, located on the 13th Beach Golf Links. Group training sessions:

Monday: 9am - Gym with Erica
Wednesday:6am - Gym with Cam
Friday: 6am - Gym with Cam
Saturday: 7:30am - River with Cam

Personal training by appointment.

B Inspired is running a 4 Week Beach Body Blitz, with unlimited weekly classes for only $40 per week
*Small group sizes (usually less than 6 participants) means more personalised training
*Indoor and outdoor sessions adds to the variety
*Sessions generally last for an hour rather than the standard 45 minutes - more value for money
*Seven classes to choose from, or get a group of your own together and we can tailor a time to suit you
