To be able to educate, support and encourage people within my community to move their bodies daily is so rewarding and special.

If you are new, returning or currently training remember that everyone has different goals and reasons why they move their body each day. Starting to feel a little lost for motivation or can’t quite afford a gym membership at the moment?

Starting as of Monday July 3rd I will be offering group online zoom sessions- Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays.

This is a super exciting opportunity for those who would like to follow a class structured and delivered workout but with the twist of being able to do it from your own home at a time that suits you during the day!

Capped at small numbers to create a safe & comfortable group environment via your screen. All workouts will be able to be done with or without equipment, suiting everyone’s needs & availability.

- allow 1-2 min rest between rounds

Little reminder that we aren’t going to be perfect at an exercise or a type of training after only doing it once or twice. Things take time! Allow more time to perfect things and learn to enjoy the growth phase and learn more at the same time!

Don’t let yourself give up on things too quickly! Giving up is only going to put you a step behind.
