WEEK 4 AT RISE 🌅

Here is what’s on the timetable 👇

Tuesday – Full Body Strength + Conditioning
A balanced session combining strength work with short conditioning efforts to build both strength and engine.

Wednesday – Mobility + Mini AMRAPS
Mobility to reset the body followed by short AMRAP conditioning blocks to keep things moving without overdoing it.

Thursday – Full Body Strength + Conditioning
Another full body session designed to challenge strength and stamina with a slightly different feel to Tuesday.

Saturday – Boxing + Stairs 🥊
A fun, high energy session mixing boxing, conditioning and stair work to finish the week strong.

All sessions are scalable to suit all fitness levels.

We move into Week 3 with a few subtle progressions…more single leg strength, interval-style conditioning and a touch of power to keep things fresh.

Here’s what’s on the timetable this week 👇

Tuesday – Full Body Strength (Unilateral Focus)
A strength session built around single leg and single arm work to challenge balance, coordination and stability.

Wednesday – Mobility + Interval Conditioning
Mobility to open the body, followed by interval style work to build fitness

Thursday – Full Body Strength
Confident, controlled strength work followed by a short power finisher to lift the intensity.

Saturday – Beach Conditioning
A fun, challenging conditioning session on the sand to finish the week strong.

All sessions are scalable to suit all fitness levels.

WEEK 2 AT RISE 🌅

We roll into Week 2 with another balanced mix of strength, mobility and conditioning building on the foundations from last week and keeping the body moving well.

Here’s what’s on the timetable this week 👇

Tuesday – Full Body Strength
A structured strength session focusing on full body movements, control and technique.

Wednesday – Mobility + AMRAP Conditioning
Mobility work to open the body, followed by a short conditioning piece to lift the heart rate.

Thursday – Full Body Strength
A session to complement Tuesdays strentgh, followed by a short conditioning finisher to round out the session.

Saturday – Beach Session
Fresh air, sand and a fun, challenging session to finish the week strong.

All sessions are coached and scalable to suit all fitness levels.

WEEK 1 AT RISE 🌅

Our 9 week training block kicks off this week! It’s built around strength, mobility and conditioning to support long term progress, not quick fixes.

Here’s what we’re training in Week 1 👇

Tuesday – Full Body Strength
A structured session focusing on full body lifts, solid technique and building a strong foundation.

Wednesday – Mobility + AMRAP Conditioning
We’ll open up the body with mobility work, then move into a short, spicy conditioning piece to get the heart rate up.

Thursday – Full Body Strength
Another full body strength session with different movements to support strength, balance and longevity.

Saturday – Beach Boxing 🥊
Fresh air, sand under your feet and a fun, high energy session to finish the week strong.

All sessions are coached and scalable to suit all fitness levels.

💪 TUES & THURS Full Body Strength
Two strength based sessions focusing on functional movement, tempo, and control. Expect a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and bodyweight drills.

🔥 WED Circuit
A conditioning workout blending ropes, slam balls, and bodyweight moves. High energy, lots of variety, and the perfect midweek challenge!

🌊 SAT Beach Workout
A fun and dynamic full body session with a mix of mobility, and conditioning

11 week course starting Tuesday Oct 7
(Please note: Week 7 will be complimentary online, not face to face)

Choose Your Pass:
• Unlimited Sessions Pass → Train as often as you like across all sessions

• 10 Session Pass → Great if you’re aiming for 1 session per week

• Casual Visits → Join in when it suits you (bookings essential as numbers capped )
