WEEK 4 AT RISE 🌅
Here is what’s on the timetable 👇
Tuesday – Full Body Strength + Conditioning
A balanced session combining strength work with short conditioning efforts to build both strength and engine.
Wednesday – Mobility + Mini AMRAPS
Mobility to reset the body followed by short AMRAP conditioning blocks to keep things moving without overdoing it.
Thursday – Full Body Strength + Conditioning
Another full body session designed to challenge strength and stamina with a slightly different feel to Tuesday.
Saturday – Boxing + Stairs 🥊
A fun, high energy session mixing boxing, conditioning and stair work to finish the week strong.
All sessions are scalable to suit all fitness levels.
