We are a local cricket club, playing in the Bellarine Peninsula Cricket Association, currently fielding a team in each grade. We're a family club that prides ourselves on the highest levels of Spirit, Pride & Intent. Our club is where everybody, regardless of their cultural background, gender, age or ability feels welcome. If a person has a passion for cricket, our club has a place for them.

Tom joins us from Hornsey Cricket Club. Hornsey Cricket Club’s First XI competes at the highest level of club cricket in London, playing in the Middlesex County Cricket League - 1st XI Premier Division.

Barwon Heads Cricket Club is excited to announce that Luca Bode, Matilda Cole and Angus Mackie have all been selected in Cricket Victoria’s Emerging Players Squads for the 26/27 season.

There are around 1000 cricket clubs in Victoria, and we are gratified to have fostered the development of 3 of the circa 130 players selected this year. It's a testament to not only the dedication of Luca, Matilda and Angus, but also their teammates and coaches who are the shoulders on which they stand.

Luca, Matilda and Angus are all incredible ambassadors for our small club on the Bellarine - each playing our sport with a highly competitive spirit that is guided by a wonderful respect for the game. We are beyond proud of each of them.

Go you young Gulls! 🐦💙

Over the past three seasons, Dan Donaldson has been an outstanding player, captain, coach, and member of BHCC. We are incredibly grateful for everything he has contributed, both on and off the field. We're sad to announce that he will be moving on.

Dan’s leadership, professionalism, and passion helped shape the culture of our club. His ability to make training enjoyable while driving high standards played a significant role in the success of our teams, including three premierships last season. He was also a fantastic mentor to our younger players and someone all members could look up to.

During his time at BHCC, Dan was a 2x A-Grade Premiership player (including one as captain), a Grand Final Man of the Match, 3x Club Champion, 3x A-Grade League Team of the Year member, 3x A-Grade Club Bowling Aggregate winner, 1x A-Grade League Bowling Average winner, and coach of 4 Premierships.

As Dan moves on to pursue new opportunities, we thank him for everything he has given to the club and wish him every success in the future. BHCC will always welcome you back.

Following another incredible season, Barwon Heads Cricket Club is officially on the hunt for a passionate leader to take our Women’s Program to the next level.

Whether you’re a seasoned coach or a player-coach looking to make your mark, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who lives for the game, thrives on development, and wants to be part of a winning culture at the coast.

With strong support from our committee and community, this is your chance to lead this talented group of women into the 2026/27 season!

Your senior Men’s awards for 2025-26.

Paul Cowlishaw, is a name maybe not known around the league, but around BHCC he is one of the most treasured people. A true measure of the ultimate clubman, Paul helps out on Tuesday and Thursday nights especially, as well as the weekend games, and has for many years now. Doing the small things to help add up into larger parts of the club, training wouldn’t be able to run without what Paul does to help.

To everyone else, well done and well deserved.

Thursday Night, we were lucky enough to award Craig Biddiscombe with a life membership.

Bidders had a very successful career, making 8 centuries and taking 5 5fa's.

Craig did a lot for the club on and off the field, and it only makes sense for him to be awarded life membership, and his success at North Geelong in the recent years comes as no surprise.

Well done Craig, and well deserved.
