- Class will still be on for the Grand final public holiday on the 25th September!
- No Yoga Class on Friday 2nd October

🙌🏼 MYOTHERAPY Bookings are available throughout the school holidays, however the studio will be closed between Wednesday 30th September - Monday 5th October inclusive

🙌🏼 Now Booking Myotherapy! - New Techniques, Same Price 😁

For ease of admin, ALL treatments will be booked under Myotherapy. However, I will be offering Massage Therapy as a treatment technique, so don’t stress - if you prefer to have your usual Massage Treatment, that is absolutely still happening!!

As always, I’ll check in with you before each treatment commences to see how you are and what’s happening in your body. Then we can discuss what options will best suit you on the day - these could include some new Myotherapy techniques! For example, Dry Needling, Joint Mobilisation and/or Corrective Exercises.

Treatment lengths and prices will remain the same, with 30, 60 or 90 Minute options. Please just keep in mind that to better tailor your treatment some time may be used for assessment and reassessment.

✌️We'll start with a gentle Yoga Flow to boost your energy and shake off any stress, then melt into Restorative Yoga Poses to release tension.

🌿 Finally, you'll be guided through Yoga Nidra ("Sleep Yoga"), a deeply relaxing meditation designed to bring you back to balance.

Why hello there! ✨ Here's a little updated 'about me'

Hi, I'm Meg - Myotherapist, Yoga Teacher and owner of Barooga Wellness Studio!

Here's a few things you might not know about me;

• I knew I wanted to become a Yoga Teacher when I was 16 years old - I'd never even been to a real class! I've now been teaching Yoga for 8 years, and practicing for about 15.

• People often comment that I seem calm, don't worry - I'm not always - I'm a Virgo ♍ 😂

• I've got two boys, ages 6 & 2.

• I recently completed my Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy, this is something I've been wanting to do since 2023.

• I work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays!

• My new hobby is running, you can catch me at Cobram Park Run most Saturday mornings. Or out and about in Barooga.

• My favourite things ever are Coffee and Music 🎶

🎉🎉🎉 OFFICIALLY FINISHED 🎉🎉🎉 

It absolutely feels surreal to officially call myself a Myotherapist!! 

I am so grateful to everyone who has helped and supported me this year - it has been a huge one!  

Huge thank you to Wodonga TAFE and our incredible teachers! And to my fellow classmates who made every class and every clinic heaps of fun with lots of laughs! 

🩷 A giant thank you to my Mum, without her driving across the state to help me with my boys and encouraging me to stick it out, I never would have arrived here at the end! 

I cannot wait to open up this new chapter and introduce Myotherapy to Barooga Wellness Studio! 💪🏻
