Sweep the sheds and get ready for a fun-filled fitness competition at CrossFit Cap Coast!

Our Comp will start at 8:30am, and we'll be making room for gazebos so you can get comfortable and cheer on your favorite athletes.

Bring your friends and family to watch, the more the merrier!

Kids are welcome, but please keep in mind that they are at your own risk and should not be near the competition floor.

We're excited to bring our amazing community of fitness enthusiasts together for a morning of friendly competition and camaraderie. And don't worry - the comp will be finished by noon so you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your day and get ready for our night time activities!

We have some exciting news to share with our CrossFit Cap Coast community!

We're thrilled to announce that we'll be moving to a brand new location very soon, and we'll also be under new ownership.

But don't worry - you can expect the same cool vibe and amazing workouts that you've come to know and love.

We're committed to providing our members with the best possible experience, whether you're new to CrossFit or have been doing it for years.

Our new location will allow us to offer even more variety in our training programs.

We are expecting two very large classes today for the 12 Days of Xmas - no children to be unrestrained at all in the gym. This is for their own safety.

If necessary the 830am class will be quieter and MAY allow for more room for allowances. Older children can be in the kids room.

It's the most wonderful time of the year, and we're excited to invite you to our Christmas party at Yeppoon Jungle Gym and CrossFit Cap Coast!

Join us on December 9th for a day full of Christmas-themed fun. Start your day off right with the Jungle Gym Last Dance at 7am and then head over to CrossFit for the Xmas Mini Comp at 8:30am.

But that's not all - the real party starts at 7pm! This year's theme is Celebrity Idol, so come dressed as your favorite celebrity or pop star and get ready to dance the night away. DJ Vee will be providing the tunes, so you can count on a great playlist all night long.

While we will be providing nibbles and some alcohol, we encourage you to bring your own drinks as well so that everyone can enjoy themselves.

Parents, please note that children are welcome, but they will remain your responsibility throughout the day and evening's festivities. We want this to be a fun and safe event for everyone, so please be mindful of those around you and drink responsibly.

It's that time of year again - time to celebrate the holiday season and times gone by with your Yeppoon Jungle Gym and CrossFit Cap Coast family!

We're excited to announce our Christmas party, happening on December 9th

For just $20 a ticket, you'll get entry to the Jungle Gym Last Dance at 7am and the Xmas Mini Comp at CrossFit from 8:30am-12pm.

After that, the real party begins!

Join us at 7pm for a night of dancing, music by our amazing DJ, and delicious nibbles and drinks (some alcohol supplied).

This years theme is "CELEBRITY IDOLS"

This event is open to all past and present members, so bring your friends and family along to join in the fun.

Team rego and tickets available from Monday 13th November.

Your team can be mixed, same s*x and any level this comp will be a fun way to finish off for all of us 🎈❤️
