Sydney Marathon '24 - 3:17 βοΈ
Came back from holidays and ran this with basically no training. I did 2 16k runs in the 3 weeks before it and that was my training block π
Last 10k of the run was agony and couldn't walk for 3 days after it. I even had to take 2 days off work π
I would not recommend it but on the other side I really did enoy it. No expectations just running.
Just shows you should always go for it. You wont always get a PB but you can still enjoy the day.
