Update your calanders campdrafters we have a new date for 2026.

📣Change of Date📣

Due to some valued committee members having other commitments we have changed the date of our campdraft to 21-23 August.

Unfortunately this again clashes with a popular draft in the region.

We apologise if this causes any inconvenience.

However we are very constrained in choosing a date because of work rosters of committee members and more local drafts already having set their dates.

Stay tuned to this page for further updates and information.

📍The AGM is coming up with several office bearers positions becoming vacant.
A time and date will be posted here for the AGM.

📣The Baralaba Bottle Tree Campdraft Committee would like to thank the following gentleman and their businesses.

They have all donated product and or their time and machines to resurface the Showgrounds at Baralaba.

This has been coordinated by Corey Howell and his team.

We are so grateful for Coreys huge contribution.

We now have a beautiful surface on which to campdraft and all other activities that take place at the Showgrounds.

This is the work that was undertaken~
The arena was levelled and worked up.

Approximately 550tonne of river sand and crusher dust mixed has been laid on the arena.
70 % sand 30% crusher dust.
This had been all worked in to the existing surface.

Gypsum has been applied to break up the clay and lastly seeded with couch grass.
