Hello family and friends.
A message from Sammy, Rhinos daughter.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ian Rhino Collis. My dad.
Who passed away Friday 22/8 at the age of 61.

A funeral service will be held this Friday 29/8 at Rookwood cemetery in the South Chapel at 1:30pm.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend and celebrate Ian's life.
The family wishes to thank everyone for their love and support during this difficult time.

In Loving Memory of Ian Collis 🕊️❤️

The Bankstown Bulls JRLFC are deeply saddened by the passing of our brother, mentor, and leader, Ian “Rhino” Collis.

Rhino’s passion, wisdom, and belief in shaping young lives have left an everlasting legacy. He taught us that being a great player starts with becoming a great person — and his words will continue to inspire generations of Bulls to come:

“Don’t practice to get it right — practice to never get it wrong.”

Thank you, Rhino, for your guidance, your leadership, and the positive impact you’ve made on every young person who wore the Bulls jersey.

Your legacy will live on through the actions, behaviours, and values of our players, coaches, and community.

Rest in peace, brother.
