Huge shoutout to Scott.

Scott has absolutely crushed it, dropping 14kg and completely transforming his routine.

He came to me juggling a FIFO 2:2 roster, which can make consistency tough if you don’t have a solid plan. Instead of letting that hold him back, we structured his training around his schedule so he had clear, simple workouts he could stick to both on site and at home.

The biggest shift was building structure into his days and getting control over his eating. Nothing extreme, just consistent, smarter choices that he could actually maintain while working away.

Like anyone balancing FIFO life, there were challenges along the way, but Scott stayed committed, stuck to the plan, and kept showing up. That consistency is exactly why he’s seen such an incredible result.

Most of the time I don’t blame anyone for this. It usually just comes down to lack of knowledge or misinformation from things they’ve seen online or heard from friends. That’s what I’m here for though, to educate and guide them. And a lot of the time it’s the simple things that make the biggest difference between losing weight and staying stuck.

Couldn’t be prouder of Shannan and what she’s achieved. She’s down an incredible 18KG since starting, and she came to me after a bad ankle injury.

From the start, we had to be smart with training and work around it, focusing on what she could do safely while rebuilding strength and confidence over time. No rushing, just consistent effort and trusting the process.

On the nutrition side, we committed to eating well and keeping protein high without extremes or restriction. Simple, sustainable habits she could stick to long term. And the results truly speak for themselves.

Despite so much time off from the gym, Shannan kept showing up, stayed patient, and put the work in.

Huge shoutout to Leon, our January Client of the Month 🎉.

Leon has been training with me since June and the effort he has put in has been unreal 💪. His job can basically be summarised as drinking for a living, so we have had to work around long days and a busy schedule, but he has stayed consistent and committed the whole way through. Through smart training and habits that fit his lifestyle, he has now lost over 12kg. Super proud of the progress he has made 👏. Keep it up.
