The Bangalow Lions Club Bangalow Lions Club are hosting a Town Rally and family friendly day to inform everyone of the situation at The Bowlo. As they are one of our sponsors this year we would love everyone to come and show their support and have some fun.
We want everyone to wear their club shirts and hats as we will be hosting a cricket match on the Showgrounds.

📣Attention ALL GIRLS ages 7 - 12!

🩷Bangalow Cricket Club are starting our very first ALL GIRLS CRICKET TEAM 🩷.

🏏 So come down to Shultz Oval - Bangalow every Friday arvo in September and give it a go.

🩷 No experience necessary and all equipment supplied.

🏏 We will be entering a team in the Thursday afternoon competition, starting mid October.

Congratulations to Bangalow Public School Cricket Team on advancing to the Regional Semifinal of the State Knockout Competition.

Lennox Head PS batted first and got 4/77 of their 25 overs.

2 Early wickets to Kai and some tight bowling from the rest of the crew restricting their scoring.

In reply our mighty Bangalow boys chased the total down in 14 overs 💪. A top score to Billy with 32 runs ably supported by our ever reliable Hardy (17 runs) and Jimmy (16 runs).

Bangalow Cricket Club are holding their Annual General Meeting and we encourage all players, parents, friends, lovers and cricket enthusiasts to come along and have a say in this upcoming season. You don’t need to hold a position on the committee just come along 🏏. Let’s Go Bangas! 🏏

Big Congratulations to our Women’s cricket team 🇦🇺 on winning the T20 World Cup. Going through undefeated and crushing the final. 👏.

Congrats to our Bangalow Public School team on their Round 3 victory in the PSSA State knockout.

Coming up against a strong Bogangar PS team who batted first and got 6/117 off their 25 overs. An early wicket to Jimmy and then some tight bowling from Kai, Marlowe, brothers Billy and Tom. Then Eamon and Hardy finished the innings strongly with 2 wickets each!

In reply we chased down their total in 23 overs. Excellent batting from Hardy and Jimmy and some late innings hitting from Louis secured us the win 🏆.

The club is super proud of you boys 🙌. Now onto the Regional QF 💪. Let’s go Bangalow 🏏.

Thank you Bangalow Film Festival for inviting us to the screening of “Cricket Dreams”. A heartwarming story about street kids from around the world playing in a cricket tournament in India. The movie was full of optimism, belief and mateship - all the things that make cricket a great sport. We give it 👍👍 and 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. 🏏
