As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be one of the faces of our Community Bank - and a go-to person for our customers. From processing transactions and handling cash to investigating queries and helping with paperwork, you’ll play an important role in making banking easier for our locals. ❤️
We’re looking for people who genuinely love helping people and, most importantly, share our passion for making a difference across Elmore, Lockington, Rochester and surrounds.
Both positions will work across our three Community Bank branches:
⭐ Full-time - fixed-term contract for 12 months
⭐ Permanent part-time - 60 hours per fortnight, working four days per week:
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8.45am-4.45pm
Friday: 8.45am–5.15pm
