This large garden area of 25m long x 10m wide, comprises of a Mt Fuji Cherry Blossom, a Weeping Silver Birch, a maple, a weeping rose, five unknown and two known rhododendrons, and a few azaleas.

Today, we planted in there fourteen known rhododendrons and two azaleas, that were gifted to us by the Australian Rhododendron Society Victoria for opening our garden last Sunday.

These will put on a fabulous spring display at some time in the future.

We do, and it dawned on us the other night, that we forgot to turn it on because we got distracted just before 11am on the open day. Haha.

So here it is !!

Thank you to everyone making it a special day visiting us at Tarradise Gardens and Steeplegrove Arboretum yesterday. What a great turn out, happy faces, great conversations and photos being shared.

We may do this again in October 2027 where you will see many rhododendrons and other plants in flower.
