TRUE FITNESS ~ ADX BIKE

The ADX bike is simple and effective. It is self-powered and generates resistance via the fan. The harder you push the greater the resistance.

There are 8 workout options to choose from. 20 sec/10 sec Intervals, 30 sec/90 sec Intervals, Custom Intervals, Time Target, Calorie Target, Kilojoules Target, Kilometers Target or manual.

The digital display delivers essential stats while the tachometer visually signals the user’s output. Performance is tracked by heart rate, RPM (Revolutions Per Minute), distance, watts and calories.

Everyone can benefit from this low-impact, total-body cardio workout. Users can set their own intensity and control the pace at all times.
