Zen Do Kai Balnarring

So lucky, that I got to teach these martial artists some BJJ headlock escapes on Saturday at Firestorm Martial Arts in Bayswater. Some of these guys had done a session before, but still took it on as a refresher….and it showed. Those guys found connective techniques from their own background knowledge. Others were brown belts that need these skills to be assessed for a Zen Do Kai Black Belt. I look forward to visiting Shepparton later this year for those that haven’t picked them up yet.

*Zen Do Kai Classes-VENUE CHANGE*

Hiya.
Both Tuesday and Thursday ZDK classes are relocated this week to the RW Stone Reserve Hall, on Camp hill Road, Somers.
The Bal. Hall is being painted.
Teenagers: 6pm
Adults: 7pm.

Adult Zen Do Kai martial arts…….with white belts!!!! What? Yes…..we have beginners.
