Wow! What can we say but thank you for the tremendous support of Ballina & District Equestrian Club’s first event in two years! Give three very busy women a task, and we will get it done!

Ballina & District has had some incredible names on their committee over the past 20 years, so we knew we had very big shoes to fill.

Firstly, we want to thank Kim and Shae Herwig for trusting us with the club after many years of hosting top-tier competitions and training days.

Thank you to all past committee members for the time you have dedicated to building the essence of the Ballina & District EQ Club.

Nominations are being sorted into envelopes with your tokens and wristbands, please pick these up from the nominations/canteen tent in the marshaling area before your classes.

LAST CALL FOR NOMINATIONS! 🤗🤗🤗
Nominations are ending midnight tonight.

🚙 🚙 🚙 PARKING 🚘 🚘 🚘

• for those who have been here before, you know parking is tight! 😅

• we will have someone assisting with parking.

• we have had some of the back area slashed to allow more room for parking. Please make use of this space.

• it’s going to be a hot one and the grounds have very limited shade. Please bring anything you can provide some shade for your selves and ponies/sunscreen/hats

• on the day please bring cash if needed as we have no Eftpos.

• we will have a canteen running with plenty of refreshments and burgers. We will have vegetarian options too 🍔

• the yards are unavailable as they need some repairs. There will be 3 of the agisted horses that live on the grounds in them. Please do not go near these horses with your horses. We want to avoid any bites or kicks. 😃

• there is no electricity on the grounds- off grid only 😝

We are looking forward to seeing everyone there 😄😄😄

The final program has been released!🦄
Entries will open on Nominate starting Monday.

In our commitment to sustainability, we're introducing a new concept in the open ring: "Raffles instead of Place Ribbons." Instead of traditional ribbons, each placing (1st-5th) will enter you into a raffle for designated prizes. The more places you win, the higher your chances of taking home one of our amazing prizes! The raffle will be drawn after all events have concluded.

For the Champion and Reserve Champion, we have beautiful rosettes.

In the Beginner Ring, ribbons will still be awarded. However, you have the option to donate your ribbons back in exchange for a raffle ticket for a separate prize draw.

We hope these exciting changes add to the fun!
