SEPTEMBER MEMBER OF THE MONTH - SUSAN ❤️

Almost 80 years young and still showing us what staying strong is really all about.

Susan joined Jetts Ballina many years ago after undergoing a knee replacement and has been training with us ever since.

These days, you’ll find her in the club twice a week working with Nick and Thais from Apex Exercise Physiology and over the years, her training has helped her through plenty.

She’s rehabbed osteoarthritis in her hands, rebuilt strength after her knee replacement and, most recently, has been working on her balance following a stroke three years ago that affected the balance centre on her left side.

But Susan doesn’t train just for the sake of training.

She trains so she can keep living her life.

To stay fit and active.
To walk her sweet doggo Toffee every day. 🐶
And to keep packing her bags and travelling the world.

Because almost 80 doesn’t mean slowing down.

It means staying strong enough to keep doing the things you love.

We absolutely love having you as part of our Jetts Ballina community, Susan. Congratulations on being our September Member of the Month. ❤️

Small groups, expert guidance and a focus on helping you move well, get stronger and stay active.

- FREE for members over 55
- Maximum 8 people per session
- Functional strength movements, machines & free weights

Non-members are welcome to join for just $20 per class.
