We are excited to introduce the ACTV Ability Program, a tailored 6 week health, strength and wellbeing program delivered by ACTV Strength Co in Ballina, NSW.

The ACTV Ability Program has been specifically designed to support NDIS participants through structured movement, confidence building, social connection and personalised wellbeing support within a safe and inclusive environment.

Our focus is to help participants improve overall wellbeing, mobility, routine, confidence and social participation through tailored sessions suited to individual goals and support needs.

Program Overview

- 6 Week Program
- 3 x 1 Hour Sessions Per Week
- Total of 18 Sessions
- Small Group Environment
- Tailored Support & Goal Focused Programming

- Personalised strength and fitness sessions

From the start of 2025 to the end of 2025, Brandon completely rewrote his story.
