CONSISTENCY
One thing I`ve noticed in my journey and those of the people I`ve worked with is the importance of CONSISTENCYπ
In my experience, the people who get the best results are the ones who consistently do three things:

Follow a structured training program
β
Hit calorie/macro targets
β
Maintain activity goals (walking, biking, hiking etc.)
It is not a linear process like most people think.
It is a stack of wins and then a few misses/failures here and there.
BUT...over the long haul, the right things are done over and over.
What you see above is my last cutting phase of six weeks.
Starting at 96kg, I did all the things outlined above and stuck to the process.
Did I get it right every time? NO
Did I fall short sometimes? YES
However, I kept going because I knew, like I`ve done with my clients, that doing the right things, again and again, would help me get the win.
Eventually, I got down to 89.2 kg, a loss of close to 7 kg in 6 weeks.
Now, there were times when the scales went up when I thought they`d go down and there were times when I lost over a kilo overnight! Times when I looked bloody good and times when I looked flat, bloated, and depleted.
It`s all part of the process.
KEY TAKEAWAY: Consistency doesn`t have to be perfect! You just have to keep getting back on when you fall off. You`re going to have times when things don`t work out the way you want them to. Don`t let that stop you. Don`t lose sight of your goals!
