Who doesn’t love a one pot pasta dish?
So easy!!

I N G R E D I E N T S
100 g Penne pasta
100 g Chicken breast, diced
20 g Chorizo, diced
1 tsp garlic
100 g Passata
1 tbsp Black olives
1 tsp, leaves Oregano
10 g Parmesan
250 ml Real chicken stock
D I R E C T I O N S
1.Dice chicken, season and cook in a fry pan over high
heat. Remove from pan and set aside.
2.Add the chorizo to the pan and allow to cook.
3.Then add the passata and stock. Bring to the boil and
add the pasta and let the pasta cook and most of the
water evaporate.
4.Add back the chicken and add in the olives and
oregano. Allow to cook for a few minutes until sauce
has thickened and chicken is cooked thorugh.
5.Top with parmesan.
