thods of functional training and assessment to help you achieve your goals. Bodyconnect Personal Training opened its doors 14 years ago in the efforts to helping people reclaim their mind, body & soul. Our approach to fitness is to offer 1 on 1/ 1 on 2 and small group functional personal training to people of all levels, which is offered in our private and non-intimidating studio. We specialize in providing support and guidance for busy people. Our experienced trainers keep clients accountable to their fitness goals, while providing fun and varied workouts, tailored to each client’s needs and lifestyle. In addition to this our trainers serve as 1 on 1 coaches in improving the lives of our clients through motivation, nutritional guidance, customized exercise programs and accountability. We also offer Group Training which include High Intensity Training, Functional Fit, Bodytone, Pilates, Boxing and mixed martial arts classes which are designed to get you to peak fitness, but also provide a fun and challenging environment. You have our undivided attention to guarantee the most efficient training possible. Our trainers are mentors and motivators, providing the map and supporting you along your path to results. Learn correct and safe technique and train with unparalleled intensity.
